Welcome to the Court

This is from a photo shoot I did with SeyeCO Images a few weeks ago. I had wanted to wear a pretty dress but I didn't have a reason to so I called up my friend and asked if he'd shoot with me. 
I've always loved working with SeyeCO Images and we've done a few non-cosplay shoot together... but this one might actually be my favourite. I didn't recognize myself at all because of how wonderfully shot all these pictures were. I feel like I'm looking at some kind of faerie princess.
which brings me to the title of this picture. I chose to call it "welcome to the court" after some deliberation. I wasn't sure if I wanted to call it Seelie Court or Unseelie court... but then I decided that I would leave that up to interpretation. Faeries are known to be mischievous. You never know which ones are benevolent and which ones are maleficent.
